Hike To Heal is designed to help overcome stress and anxiety, by combining connection to our natural environment with meditation, mindfulness and a sense of community.
Each step of the journey is symbolic of what we are experiencing within us. As we connect to each of the elements, we begin to understand the connection between their characteristics and our own bodies, on a physical, emotional and energetic level.
Each journey is unique, and incorporates meditation and mindfulness to help us to release what is holding us back, or down, acknowledgement of ourselves in the present moment and integration of intention, fresh perspective and a healthier approach to our current situation and lives.
Each location is accessible to all levels of fitness and provides the inspiration of an idyllic natural backdrop, often combined with archeological and mythological elements and stories, to provoke further reflection and perspective.
